“Absolutely amazing. Adi at The Golden Tree is a Golden find. He is so pleasant and creative w/ suggestions, ideas, etc. He answered every question - as d*** as some of them were, I'm sure - with responsiveness and grace. His crew was super polite and profesional. Not a crew of people stomping through everything like a commercial job site, but always considerate and pleasant. They heard me struggling in the garage one afternoon and came over and asked if I needed help, for example.As for the work itself - the pictures don't do the job scope justice, and the results were superb. Just what we wanted - and Adi - took our vague descriptions and gave us direction and was an artful collaborative partner.Effectively, we had a drainage issue that required the side concrete and backyard torn up - in the process of fixing that, he delivered a much more livable space. And they went beyond - too many times to count - in fixing the drainage issues (some of which fell to the HOA, but he took care of it because that was part of the fix) plus made tons of extra improvements beyond the scope of the work really.At the end of the day - he did what he promised, for the amount he proposed and in the timeline he stated. Plus he's really an easy to work w/ guy. Really what more do you want. And did I mention the work is fabulous - performed by caring and considerate team.I'm going to keep him on for maintenance and a couple of other projects I have in mind.Really, thanks Adi!“
