“Emily hosted a sauna + yoga retreat at AIKA and it was such a beautiful experience. She opened with a grounding meditation that left us all feeling totally at peace, and the led us through 2 hours of sauna and cold immersion. To conclude the retreat Emily led a restorative yoga practice in the meadow that was truly remarkable.
Emily is a wonderful yoga teacher with deep knowledge of the human body, mind and spirit. We look forward to welcoming her for another sauna +
