I reached out to Tai on a friend's recommendation after witnessing her remarkable recovery from a ski injury. Of all the things I did for my ACL and meniscus surgery recovery, seeing Tai was the absolutely best thing! Without his help, I would not have progressed in my recovery so quickly, and he helped me overcome any hurdles I had. Tai is the best, I couldn't recommend him more!
Tai has been training me since a month prior to my ACL surgery date. Whether you are facing a major rehab journey or want focused and result driven training, Tai is your guy.He is so knowledgeable and is constantly researching and sharing that research so you can be an active member of your rehab or strengthening team. In my acl prehab and prehab Tai pushed me to train in ways I never have and never would have despite a comfort in the gym and life of high level sports.
