    Tai trained me back in his graduate days and a lot of the skills I learned from him I still use today. He uses the latest in exercise science and has worked with many elite athletes since then. Every time I train still I think "Oh, what would Tai say?" to get me through the last set or a difficult exercise. Keep up the good work!
