Had a fantastic stay. Hotel upgraded our room to higher floor. It's low season so there was a lot of maintenance work going on (elevator, kitchen, parking garage) but staff were professional and experience was great. Would recommend to any family.
We brought our dog with us and the suite came with treats, dog bowls and a dog blanket. Our dog was very happy :-). This hotel is located in an excellent location. We walked everywhere for shopping and dining. Some easy trails such as the Whistler Village Trail is only a 10 minute walk away. We had a great time. Will definitely come back.
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in April 2026. We had a suite on the 8th floor - a sitting area with a kitchenette, fridge & stove, a separate bedroom and a balcony.
Positives - room and location. The suite was nice, neat and clean, serviced daily, very good quality toiletries, nice clean and comfortable. Great view of the mountains from the room. Great location right in the village centre with gondolas, ski access points in 5-15 min walking distance. The bus stops and pick-up points of major tour buses and shuttles are also in 5-10 min walking distance. The Village Centre has great restaurants.
