Not my favourite. The room itself is clean and spacious, but it’s my anniversary, and our balcony is unusable due to the layout and small size. The exhaust outlet from the fireplace takes up half the space of one chair, so there isn’t room for myself and my husband to enjoy a sunset drink together on the balcony.
The elevator also closed onto my shoulder while I was exiting it with my luggage, so the pain might be making me extra bitter.
Anyway, the location is great, the room is clean, and the staff are wonderful. And the building itself is beautiful.
And the coffee is delicious.
Excellent experience, staying at this hotel. The location, amenities and staff are all top!!
This hotel is a hop-skip-and-a-jump to get on the chairlift if you're into downhill MTBing, and same goes for the gondola ride.
The village is right outside its doors where we were able to find good restaurants with good food, even a grocery store where we were able to buy fresh food to take to our well equipped room, to cook.
We were able to bake frozen pizza, boiled some eggs on the combination stove-top, heat up food in the microwave, keep our food cold and frozen, and it also has a dishwasher to clean the dishes and cutlery! Awesome!

Pan Pacific Mountainside Whistler- we LOVED our stay ! The room was perfect , clean and comfortable! Our maid MARIA WAS THE BEST!!! Cheerful , friendly , sincere and left our room in PRISTINE condition. Overall would highly recommend .
