This is our 2nd time in Pan Pacific and it did not disappoint. Check-in process was fast, they have everything ready when we arrived. We were escorted by Crispin at the reception and introduced us to FO. Great turn over. Luggage was delivered to in our room quite fast too. Everything in the room was clean and crisp. Love the height of the bed. It was very convenient too that we have the sofa bed, which is very spacious, for our friend to stay at. Having a kitchen with complete equipment and appliances also made our stay comfortable too. As they are at the prime location, everything is accessible - restaurants, outdoor activities, and shops. We had a great stay! We knew we were coming in the off season; there were some things under construction, but we were warned ahead of time. The location is so close to the lifts. We're excited to come back again when they're operating!
This is simply the best location in Whistler. Our accommodation with mountain views was very comfortable. The unit was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with every necessary item for an enjoyable stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dining in the adjacent Irish Pub was especially advantageous. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this hotel.
