“We called King Rooter when we disc our water service line had ruptured. They responded quickly to assess the situation, provided a clear quote and scheduled the work to be done quickly. Our waterline runs under the driveway, so their trenchless services were essential to try to minimize further property damage. I was in contact with their dispatcher to confirm logistics, but when I had additional questions about the work, I was able to speak multiple times with their, clearly very experienced, lead plumber. As this was a big problem, we also had to work with our house insurance, and these guys provided everything needed to make that process as smooth as possible. On the day of the work, they showed up first thing, ready to go. With repairs and retrofit work there is always a good possibility for unforeseeable issues. In our case this looked like needing to move where the waterline enters our house to meet modern code, as well as some irrigation repairs. This was done skillfully, with new line cleanly entering the house and the old hole in the foundation repaired well. The trenchless work was very successful and the crew worked extremely hard, staying late into the evening (night?!) to get the work completed. They were respectful of our home, did an excellent job completing the necessary work, and even after such a long day, they left the site clean and tidy. We are extremely grateful for Tristan, his team and their efforts that went very much above and beyond. Thanks again Tristan!
