RAVE to King rooter plumbing inc! Tyrone and his partner came as soon as they could today when our main pipe line froze up during last nights cold weather and were able to diligently and effectively create a plan with me to fix the issue in the best way possible. Such kind and good hearted people!

These guys (Tristin and Tyrone) were awesome. We had a very unpleasant sewer backup to deal with. Called them and they were there within a couple of hours (as soon as their current job was complete). Diagnosed the issue, told us what we needed to do - which included requiring a septic pump out. Managed to get a pump to visit next day and then the guys were back to fit a new pump and get us back up and running.Gave us plenty of advice along the way (including best way to maintain things going forward) and most importantly - they kept us informed of what the costs would be at each stage before we committed. Thanks Tristin and Tyrone, will definitely use King Rooter again!
