They help families plan and execute funeral ceremonies with attention to detail, patience, and understanding. The team provides a seamless and stress free experience, taking on the stress and making all those decisions and choices easy. They were there from the start till the end with the deepest empathy, allowing families to put their minds and hearts fully into mourning and celebrating their loved ones. Many people noted how beautiful and perfect every detail was.

I had a great experience planning and carrying out my grandfather’s funeral services with Mckenzie. They offer the warmth and care if a family owned business, and yet are extremely professional and punctual. I had the pleasure of being supported by Mark, whom made the whole experience (from planning to witness cremation to receiving urn) very serene for my family, which is priceless during these difficult times.
