My friend referred me to this business after I broke my laptop screen - I couldn't see a thing as I'd dropped it 5ft and the screen went completely black. My laptop was working fine if I attached it to a monitor, but I needed it fixed quickly and by someone reliable. I am sooo happy my friend recommended Farid. He replaced the screen with a legitimate apple screen and it looked brand new when I got it back! I was impressed with the turn around time. You can tell he really cares about his customers and doing a great job and his work reflects this. Plus he saved me some money over going to apple. What an amazing store, and such helpful personal service from Farid! They fixed my webcam on my Dell when it failed after a Windows 10 update. If you're a bit of a computer geek, this is the store to visit to find inexpensive trade-in computers, electronics, printers etc.

Amazing service. Another computer repair place told me my laptop with water damage was beyond saving, brought it to Kanata Tech and two days later it's fixed! Very good pricing, will definitely be coming back.
