Went in with a specific TV in mind- item number, description, all of it. Lady at customer service, super nice- made sure it was in stock and then sent us to the TV section and said someone would come out for us. A gentleman came up after we stood there for a few minutes and asked if he could help- again, gave all the info we had for this specific tv.... Brings us to a smaller version- we say its not the one. He googles it on his phone, and then scans to see he does indeed have it in stock. Stutters a bunch and says he needs someone else- as we follow behind as he's walking in whichever direction- decides to try and offer us ANOTHER awful tv - in the wrong size AGAIN.… read full review
