I recently had the pleasure of taking my computer to Farid at Kanata Tech for some repair, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free.

First and foremost, he is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the issues with my computer in a way that I could understand, without overwhelming me with technical jargon.

My friend referred me to this business after I broke my laptop screen - I couldn't see a thing as I'd dropped it 5ft and the screen went completely black. My laptop was working fine if I attached it to a monitor, but I needed it fixed quickly and by someone reliable. I am sooo happy my friend recommended Farid. He replaced the screen with a legitimate apple screen and it looked brand new when I got it back! I was impressed with the turn around time. You can tell he really cares about his customers and doing a great job and his work reflects this. Plus he saved me some money over going to apple.
