“We had hired this one stop shop to remodel our ensuite bathroom two year ago…the bathtub pop-up stopper was found broken two days ago and I pressed my luck to contact Michael the project manager again on Sunday night. Luckily Michael still recalled our project and got back to me the next day to identify the right parts and ordered for me, he even covered the cost for us. “Popped into this location to inquire about a minor repair for a 20-year-old cabinet in a condo. (The face board at the kitchen sink had dropped because the plastic clips mounting it had both broken.)

Even though it wasn't a lucrative project in any way, the two gentlemen here were very helpful; didn't make me feel at all like they couldn't be bothered or that I was wasting their time. In fact, they even gave me some clips to try for the repair - for FREE! With extra screws.

So much more than knowledgeable, they were very approachable and kind.

As an interior designer, it makes it so much easier to deal with Jindi and her employees when you need both good advice, as well as decent pricing. Look no more and further - give these fine folks an email or a call NOW!As a new homeowner to a older house my wife and I were extremely diligent in selecting a contractor because of all of those "horror" stories that you hear from other people. We actually "interviewed" about 4 different contractors with sit down meetings and what not. Was Silvercrest Custom Homes & Renovations the cheapest? Absolutely not - however, they were not the most expensive either. We are firm believers of what you get, what you paid for and I believe folks at Silvercrest hit the right balance between our needs and cost factor.In terms of working with them... I was pleasantly surprised at their timeliness, attention to detail and absolute transparency with the whole process. Not only we got a new brand spanking basement, we were able to correct a lot of deficiencies with our existing plumbing / electrical in our house. Now we just feel a lot safer and secure with our place! They've basically took case of everything from obtaining a permit from the city to handling clean up the whole ordeal was pretty much a turn key process.As a conclusion... let's just say that we still "talk" to our contractor and is in fantastic terms.
