After being so impressed with the space harmony design of our friend's Vancouver townhouse we engaged their firm to design our floating home. This was a new construction with many restrictive elements. Though small in space, we wanted it to be bright, bold, fun and practical. Negar took on all challenges with dynamic enthusiasm and has exceeded all our design expectations! She and her team are an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. Oh my gosh,, Negar did a wonderful job on our renovation which was quite extensive. Our first big project was our kitchen, a very large kitchen that had hidden windows that no one knew existed, they now provide light as the new design did not block these windows.. One huge island with a beautiful piece of marble.. a copper kitchen sink and hood fan.. whole house repaint new counters in the laundry room and office. New built ins in the master bedroom and family room. It’s just beyond beautiful. Negar’s contractor Paul was the best. This large project was finished on time. I will continue to use Negar to refresh other spaces in our home
