I just received my car back in a quick and efficient time, excellent workmanship in fixing my door locks from Mike and the mechanics. We love Empirical Auto Care!! The crew is amazing, the owner is Awesome and Lily is the cutest guard dog ever!! Allen and his team have been taking care of our Fleet for just over a year now and we are blown away by the quick and efficient service we get from them, they have a great team of guys working there, all very courteous and knowledgeable. I honestly cannot rave enough on how amazing this shop is, You guys have done such a great job, keep up the great work!! :)
I cannot RAVE enough of how AWESOME this shop and it's team! I have been to them a couple of times now. As a single woman it can be intimidating having to deal with vehicle repairs. Allen, Pete & the team are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming to all; with Stellar Service. While I was there I notice a few women clients ranging in age 25 - 75. All were treated with same respect. My vehicle was overheating and they told me bring it in even though they were super busy and down some staff. With no guarantees of how long it may take to fix. Ended up being a water pump and thermostat. In on Wednesday and they said probably the next week allowing time for diagnosis and ordering parts. They had me fixed and out by 5 on Friday!! Amazing :) They kept me informed, gave me a very fair and honest quote with no hidden extras or surprises on the invoice. They also saved my A$$ as my second vehicle ended up with a flat while my car was in the shop. I was towed in and they had my tire changed out on the spot so I could pick up the grandkids from school that day. I was so stressed, but they took care of it with a smile. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Above and beyond service. I strongly recommend them to anyone if they need repair work done. All the staff from the bottom up are super courteous, friendly. Clean and tidy shop with friendly pooches to keep you company while you wait. Allen the owner is hands on and takes a great deal of pride in his business' and how his clients are looked after.
