I had a great experience at this shop. The mechanic was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed on time, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto repairs.Even though master mechanic scared me for a second when said my total is $1000 something but that was for another car not for me and they didn’t even charge anything from me.
Larry and Glen Lake have taken good care of me and my vehicle since moving to the Westshore. They do great work, and if they can't do it, they give great recommendations. Can't recommend these guys enough.
If you’re looking for skilled and honest mechanics, look no further.
We thought it was a unique circumstance that Glen Lake Automotive advised us that we didn’t need an immediate fix on a vehicle when we brought it in and they also waived their shop fees which in bananas to me in this day and age. I have come to learn through word of mouth, that this is how they operate their business. They’re exceptional at what they do and a true asset to the community.
Absolutely thrilled with the work they did on my older vehicle and they now have a customer for life.
