From the moment our flooding disaster unfolded the Servicemaster team led by Matt Flis responded with cool and reassuring competency. The restoration process was complicated and involved may skilled trades, all of whom were absolutely professional and personable. Everyone demonstrated great respect and sensitivity to the heritage nature of our building.Matt brought all these together to a very successful completion. With an amazing eye for detail I can say nothing was overlooked. Beyond the technical issues there was the very important sense of reassurance throughout. A large thank you to all the many involved. Very highly recommended.
