Excellent service and cleaning, and local company in Langford BC! We had rooms cleaned in a three story townhome, including two staircases and several pieces of upholstery. The company was highly responsive, quick to answer questions and had flexible booking options. The technician was very professional, prompt and did an excellent job, carpets look good as new and some furniture that we had worried could not be fixed (water stains) came out looking actually new! Really liked as well that they are a local small business.
My chesterfield and two chairs were cleaned beautifully I’m very happy with the result!
What can I say about the Greenway Team - Steve and Courtney are efficient, conscientious, very qualified and reliable. With an urgent request for carpet cleaning, we were booked in as soon as possible. Courtney had excellent communication skills and took the time to explain their carpet cleaning process and their use of non-toxic products.
Courtney followed up to ensure that we were happy with their carpet cleaning service and that the stain was removed.
We are very happy that we chose Greenway Carpet Cleaning and would definitely recommend!
