We’ve been using Impact Plumbing company for several years now, and they’ve been nothing short of excellent every single time. Mike is always quick to respond, communicates clearly, and makes sure we understand exactly what’s going on and how he plans to fix it. Over the years, he’s helped us with a variety of plumbing issues — from leaking toilets and sinks to replacing our hot water tank this past April. Every job has been done efficiently and professionally, and we’ve never had a single problem after the work was completed. Recently had Impact plumbing in for some ongoing issues on old work by others. Mike was professional, prompt, and precise in his estimate . His worker Max initially came out and did a thorough job troubleshooting and made recommendations. We ended up needing a bit more work done, and Mike was able to come out relatively quickly and set us up. Took the time to explain what needed doing and why, and did a test run to prove it was the correct fix. Came well prepared, was courteous the entire time. Would recommend, and will return for future plumbing needs 10/10
