She’s so empathetic to my concerns and takes every occurrence of my “old age barnacles” (what I call them)…lol..that I come in with and treats me and them with the sensitivity and professionalism it/I deserves. 9/10 they’re not anything dangerous but they encourage being diligent and take it seriously and with compassion.
