Lisa is amazing and I can't say enough about her staff. Our two dogs are friendly and stick together but can be shy. When we haven't been for awhile they do a slow introduction so that they feel less stressed. During quieter times they have spent them time with them without other dogs around. All these little things add up to huge differences to help our dogs have a comfortable stay.
