I desperately needed to get my fluff ball in for a haircut, so I took my 15.5 yr old dog Milo in for grooming, I also purchased a Luxury package for extra pampering. I dropped him off, the groomer, I think her name was Jessica, asked if there were anything she should be aware of with him. I gave her my dog's dislikes and likes and asked her to let me know if she has any problems. When I came in to pick up Milo, he was so happy! His tail was wagging and he looked fantastic! The groomer did an excellent job. She informed me that Milo was very good and she had no problems. This was my first time there and I will definatley be back! I have been impressed by the helpfulness of staff here and the friendliness of the cashiers. One cashier consistently asks about the kind of dog I have and if my dog is not with me, she asks me to give it a cuddle for her. Amazing positive energy - not easy to sustain, so want her to know that it is appreciated!

My puppy- Star had a grooming session with Kristy this morning. We absolute love it here and would recommend their services. Star says a huge thank you for his complimentary birthday treat.
