I’ve been going here for about a year. Great value for what is included in a membership. Experienced coaches make sure you keep progressing and improving. The programming is excellent and there is tons of equipment, all of which is in great shape.

I started going to Forge Valley Fitness since November and I’m glad I chose this place. The Facility is very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and professional. My coach Sally is amazing. She’s very knowledgeable, supportive and motivating. She designed personalized workouts that suit my goals and abilities as a beginner. She always pushes me to do my best and encourages me to have fun. She is also very flexible and accommodating with my schedule. I will be going back there!

The knowledgable coaching staff are awesome, got me up to speed so I could participate in the classes after completing the fundamentals program. The members welcomed me with open arms. It is a supportive, safe, and health conscious community that embraces everyone regardless of where they are in their fitness journey. Highly recommend for both the inexperienced and experienced.
