Their unique blend of hot yoga, pilates, and even cardio in a zen-like studio is unlike anything I've experienced. The instructors' peaceful teaching style and precise coaching have helped me work out safely, while their carefully curated music keeps me energized through every challenging session.
Two months in, my chronic back pain has disappeared, I've gained muscle definition, and my mood has significantly improved. Thank you for helping me find joy in movement again.“

She and her team have represented Canada all over the world and continue to share Purple Dragon Don Jitsu ryu with all. Kids benefit from the discipline and structure, teens learn leadership and self-defence, and stay fit and healthy sharing training with their kids. I highly recommend Purple Dragon Kitsilano as a first and last choice. See you at your next grading.“

Family owned and operated, the head instructors hold a passion for the art you will be hard pressed to find an equal to in any discipline.
The depth of knowledge in Japanese Jujutsu is superb with the head instructor Hanshi Michael Seamark making annual trips to Japan to continue to deepen his own understanding of the art, both a master and a lifelong student.
If you're looking for exercise or a more modern look at martial arts, Sadohana also offers a very comprehensive BJJ program. Here you will learn the root fundamentals from the same system used by world champions, Saulo and Xande Ribeiro as well as Rodrigo Pagani. The pedigree is impressive to be sure.
All in all, if you are a curious beginner or an intermediate practitioner, you will find something for you at Sadohana“

Small class size. Very well done and balanced workouts with professional and educated teachers. Thank you Lisa!“
“Did a class called Lift through ClassPass here and loved it!
The studio is very spacious and has lots of different rooms with different equipment. There is water (on tap) + reusable water bottles to grab if you don’t have your own. There are towels available too.
The class was a max effort training and conditioning class. The instructor was knowledgeable and helped with picking the weights to make sure you are working hard but not too hard. The conditioning part was pretty good too.
Overall it was a great experience.“

Buttt, glad I came back one more time with the friend and now I’m a regular. This actually become the best yoga studio I’ve been in the 20 years of my practices between different cities. The practice, pace, energy, it’s super amazing (haven’t seen the dude since so I’m happy)“

She decontracted the muscles with such skill and guided me through physiotherapy, relaxation, and breathing exercises that truly changed how I feel day to day. Thanks to her care, I’m finally getting back to a normal life. She is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also so kind, patient, and supportive. I’m really grateful for all her help — Hannah and the Form lab team are simply the best!“

“I can't say enough good things about my experience here. The team is incredible—they do more than just treat symptoms; they listen and work with you to find a solution. The combination of physiotherapy and acupuncture was exactly what I needed. What truly set them apart was the follow-up care; the personalized tips and exercises for home significantly sped up my healing. It's such a welcoming and serene space where you know you're in good hands.“
