We brought little Nano from Victoria on very short notice today because VCA had a drug Nano needed to help his quality of life in the last stages of lymphoma. It’s amazing Dr. Mantovani could see us on such short notice and spare some of this difficult-to-get drug for Nano. The technicians and office staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks to this great team of f caring people!
Our pup is a regular here, and every time she has an emergency stay, the team always gets her back into great shape before we take her home. This is such a professional and responsible veterinary hospital! The front desk staff and all the vets and nurses are incredibly kind and loving toward animals, and they're totally trustworthy for every pet parent!
The staff was very helpful and compassionate. Dr. Craigdallie was very knowledgeable and caring. The triage procedure was incredibly efficient. Every animal that arrived during our time there was quickly assessed to determine the level of urgency needed. It's about an hour drive for us from across the border but we will be returning if the need arises. We were referred by our local vet due to the severity of the issues our dog had. Naturally, we checked Google reviews before arriving and the 3.8 rating didn't give me a lot of confidence, but after sitting there for a couple hours, and understanding the stress that people have bringing their pets in to a facility line...read full review
