Such a wonderful place. Took my kitty here today for a wound on their neck and the caring and experienced staff were incredible. You can tell they genuinely care about animals and put me and my furr baby at ease. Thanks so much 😻
10/10 recommend this place. Really blown away by the genuine warmth, care and commitment to my pup's well being. Was able to get in within a couple hours to take care of an issue with my dog. Dr.Kileen and I believe it was Naoko stayed past close to ensure my dog received the best care possible. Everyone was so kind and tender with my dog, no one made me feel rushed to make decisions and allowed me to be present for the majority of care. I really appreciate that this clinic asks for consent before any financial commitments and was honestly surprised at the reasonable cost of the bill. Oak Animal Hospital has been caring for my three cats since I came to live in Vancouver. Tommy is the last tabby standing and he now visits regularly for his mani-pedi. He will not let me near his nails but actually seems to love having them cared for at the vet. I do not know how they do it!! They are all cat whisperers. Unfortunately, my threesome all had very bad teeth. The dental care provided was exceptional. Most important to me, when my other two boys were ready to leave me, the care, kindness, concern, and empathy shown to me during that very difficult time was beyond expectations.
