Ok, I'm a frequent customer of his. I'm an IT guy by trade so it isn't easy to get my accolade, I've use Raymond for fixing my phones. I had used them to replace the battery for my Android Blackberry Key2. It isn't a standard Android phone so the battery isn't standard either. Most retailers just don't stock them. One thing he does is component level work. If you have a Mac that need repairs, get him to look at it. He definitely is more affordable than Apple Store and frequently will fix your Apple product that Apple won't touch it. I had referred a lot of friends to him and they had been pleasantly surprised by how good his work is.

Every cell phone repair shop within a 30km radius has hundreds of perfect review scores. Many are clearly written by bots. Truth be told, I would have given Tech Spot five stars, but I'm hoping by giving them four, people will read this and it will actually help someone out there!
