Optic PC, Cellphone and Computer Repair

Optic PC Solutions, based in Vancouver City, has been providing IT services since 2002. They have experienced technicians who serve clients across the Great Vancouver area. The company is known for its friendly, fast, and reliable services, offered at affordable prices. One of their outstanding technicians, Sam, received praise for his dedication and expertise.

A customer recently experienced top-notch service from Optic PCs when Sam fixed a short circuit on the battery and motherboard in just two days, at a price that was twice less than what they would have paid in Europe. Sam's ability to find a new battery with a higher capacity for an eight-year-old laptop also earned him praise.

In another instance, Sam resolved battery-related issues for a client twice. During the first visit, he replaced a laptop battery that caused the device to shut down automatically. During the second visit, he managed to fix a phone battery issue, even when the client brought a second phone thinking the batteries could be swapped. Despite the incompatibility, Sam was able to use another battery that worked, making the client's mother happy. These experiences highlight Optic PC's commitment to providing quality and quick services, making them a highly recommended IT service provider.
