0 stars is what they need. They will spring completion on you during christmas when they KNOW bankers are on vacation. Then they charge you an arm and leg for a 2 day extension. Close to 3000 dollars. Then they give u a condo that hasnt even been looked over. Lights dont work, washer dryer wouldnt work neither would the heat. We had to go purchase a space heater for our first weeks of living here because they would not help us. But guess what because it was during christmas new years we cant send a tech to fix anything. Bought 3 units in cf richmond centre worse decision of my familys LIFE. Still wont fix deficiencies 5 months later. STAY FAR AWAY

I would give zero star if it were an option. Just like the issues below.

First during inspection before move in, my friend and I found this huge ceiling gap expanding from the living window through the dinning room all the way to the wall outside of master bed room. SHAPE told me Richmond is soft ground and normal subsidence and stuff. Refuse to fix.

Then also assigned me a small parking stall where I cannot even open my door since there is also another large suv next to me. And I spent over a mil for a 930 square feet 2B2B on higher floors. When asked they refuse to even consider changing.
