We are innovative, buyer-centric, real estate marketing and sales executives with a massive database of home buyers and REALTORS. We design, market and sell large condo projects and communities. Real estate developers hire our brokerage as they buy land. We identify the developer's goals, then the right strategy to achieve them. We then advise the developer and architect what homes buyers want (i.e. bachelor suites, 1 beds, 1+dens, 2 beds, 2+dens, 3 beds, townhomes, etc), the most desired floor plans, sizes (tiny homes to super prime luxury), finishes (ultra affordable to super prime luxury) & building amenities. Then comes the marketing, positioning and communication plan and budget. We organize all the buyers and sell all the homes.
