Excellent service! When my furnace stopped working during a cold spell in January Pioneer's technician, Jack Colegrave, came next day and worked efficiently and quickly to fix the problem and get my heating working again. Jack was helpful and friendly throughout and explained all procedures to me. I will definitely call Pioneer again for annual furnace checkups and any problems.
