The people at PC Tech are knowledgeable, considerate, and skilled. I had an equipment problem that other tech stores were unwilling or unable to tackle, and these folks took a shoot at to fixing it for me. They spent time to warn me about the complexity and risks, and I felt well informed about the repair throughout. At the end, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable fee (they were able to fix it!), and the technician even took time to show me the parts I may need if the unit fails in the future.

I tried to make a modification to my computer, but ran into a problem.
Apurva took the time and patience to explain - based on the outdated equipment I brought to show him. He opened the box and explained exactly what the roadblock was, and how it could be addressed.
Beyond the call of duty, and saved me from further trouble that I was headed for, without running up a big bill !
