I needed to replace my video card, but the service I initially contacted couldn't help. They spent two days trying to identify the power supply issue but couldn't resolve it. This happened right before the weekend, when my project was on the verge of failing. Then I turned to Paul as a last resort, and he more than exceeded my expectations. In a few hours, he did what others couldn't do in days. An absolute professional, a technocrat, and an incredibly hardworking man who knows everything about the industry. Outstanding! Swift diagnostics and hardware installation at a competitive price point - superior to Best Buy's offerings. Individuals like Paul, who are truly passionate about this field, are the best choice for such services, as opposed to some slack jawed yokel at Geek Squad :-p+1 NewType!
