awful delivery experience for major appliance (if it ever actually arrives). I've spent three hours on the phone and depending on who i talk to: - they can't find my order - they can't help because it was an in store purchase - they can't proceed with installation because one of the parts can't be delivered (they've had more than 3 weeks to get it). horrible experience. would neve use best buy again, which is a big change because i have bought all my other appliances and electronics there.

Not so much BestBuy but their delivery contractor. Showed up an hour past the 3 hour delivery window. Refused to install my new clothes washer because I hadn't disconnected it from the water supply lines. My order documents don't say that I have to. But okay, I'll do it now. Nope, he can't wait. Never mind I waited all afternoon for him. He says I'll have to contact BestBuy and arrange for it to be done. Wait another week? I've already been without a washer since Christmas. And so now I have the new washer sitting in my kitchen and the old one hasn't been taken away either. I was really happy with the whole haul away service for the fridge I bought from them before Xmas....read full review

Came in with a problem screw on my laptop, salesman showed his complete lack of competence, salesman said they don't sell screws without even looking at the problem. The worst service in vancouver.
