We have always had great experiences with Geek Squad at this location. Repairing our antique laptop so we don’t need to buy a new one (yet). What is possible, they can do. What is impossible, no one can do.
The staff there stink! Although they replaced my battery for my Asus the batter they gave me kept on draining & draining fast!
Also after they removed everything & re installed my Windows an error occured & they had to redo everything again that they charged me 100$ ?! Terrible staff!
Went in to get a Dell high end monitor. The saleman tried to sell me the extended warranty not knowing the products comes with a three year manufacture warranty already! Its tricky to shop at Best Buy, you better study first.
