Came with family with no appointment for a blood test on a Saturday morning at 7:30AM. Display time said 79 minutes but it turned out to be only 45 minutes. Staff were fast doing their stuff. There is very little parking in the Oakridge area and all the major construction confused the heck out of me, so I just parked on the East side of Cambie and walked.

I was greeted by Con, she was working at the front. She was incredibly helpful and polite, I provided her my requisition form and photo ID and she took care of the rest. Entire process was quick and painless.
From there, Maria drew blood. Listen, I'm not going to talk about how medieval this is or complain that we need more money dumped into research so drawing blood can stop being a thing. Not going there.

It’s my second time visiting this location, and both experiences have been hassle-free. I usually come here because the wait times are fairly short (although that may change once Oakridge Mall fully reopens). The staff are courteous, professional, and friendly.
