Patients appreciate their sincere and supportive approach to both physical and mental health concerns. While the reception staff may be unhelpful at times, the skilled doctors make up for it, providing top-notch care and making the clinic a worthwhile visit.
Dr. Brian Gee is one of the most knowledgeable, kind, and caring doctors I have ever met. He takes the time to clearly explain what is happening with your body and provides practical guidance on what to do and what to avoid. I’ve been fortunate to have him as my family doctor for some time, and I highly recommend him.
The doctors at this clinic are absolutely awesome — professional, caring, and attentive. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the reception staff. The receptionists are often rude, unaccommodating, and unfriendly, which really affects the overall experience.
I’ve visited this clinic many times and consistently received poor treatment from the front desk staff. Whenever I call, I’m usually told to just go online instead of being properly assisted. Yet when I come into the clinic, some receptionists appear disengaged and occupied with their phones rather than helping patients.

I’m not usually the type to complain or write reviews. I'm a new patient and have only been in 3 times. I did read the reviews before deciding to be a new patient and wasn't necessarily expecting the front desk to be difficult to deal with. But unfortunately my first interactions have been frustrating. I asked about an assessment being sent to them because again I am a new client. I was told to contact the other clinic to get it sent
to them, they can't request it, I have to. I asked this in person and nothing was said about me needing to sign paperwork in person first. I spoke to the other clinic and it is them who needs to request the assessment. There is no email...read full review
