Dr. Daniel Ngui is fantastic, shows genuine care and provides excellent service. My family followed him when he moved to Fraser Street Medical as he was too good to give up. Front desk staff are friendly as well.

NP Kayleigh Ross has been caring for me and my family, including two babies, for a couple years now. She is kind and thorough, and always takes the initiative to provide appropriate referrals and testing. She is knowledgeable, confident and reassuring. We are usually seen on time when we arrive.
The online booking portal is convenient and front desk staff are helpful. If our NP is away, we have been able to see other practitioners for urgent same day appointments. I would recommend this clinic, particularly NP Kayleigh Ross.

My partner and I had an excellent first appointment with NP Kayleigh Ross. She was kind, courteous, and genuinely caring in a way we've never experienced with past general practitioners. We're so grateful she's accepted us as patients. Our experience communicating with the MOAs has also been smooth, despite what some other reviews suggest.
