About Apple Pacific Centre
The Apple Pacific Centre is a popular destination for Apple enthusiasts and technology lovers. The store's sleek, modern design blends indoor and outdoor elements, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The knowledgeable staff provide great service, whether customers are browsing new Apple products or getting technical support at the Genius Bar. The store features unique architectural details, including stone steps with built-in seats, offering a comfortable space for both locals and tourists to relax and enjoy the busy city views. Despite its popularity, each customer receives personalized attention, making them feel valued. The store continues to be a must-visit spot in Vancouver, delivering an outstanding shopping experience. Customers often visit for repairs, like screen replacements on devices such as Macbook Air M1, which can be costly. Some find repairs less affordable than in the past. Staff are friendly and helpful, offering tips on fitting AirPods comfortably and verifying their authenticity. However, some customers mention inattentiveness and the absence of paper receipts or payment options like monthly plans. Overall, Apple Pacific Centre remains a top place to explore and get support for Apple products.
I urgently had to purchase an iPhone and went to this centre at PC, it was crazy busy and had to wait at least half hour for someone to serve us. Nevertheless, got what we wanted and had help from Bestie to retrieve my Apple ID and she was so patient, my wife and I are very pleased with her service. Excellent I would say :) 10 stars for her... Thank you!
Arsalan is the best, he helped me alot with purchasing my iPad
Very helpful and kind to this walk-in techno-peasant in the upstairs help section. What lovely people work there 🙏🤗
Not a criticism specific to this store, but to Apple in general: lack of access to phone or online support when the hard drive of my old Mac won’t erase. Or are people expected to bring in their old computers for recycling with all of their info still on it?
Wouldn’t be posting this here if I saw any other options to let Apple know this is a problem.
