I urgently had to purchase an iPhone and went to this centre at PC, it was crazy busy and had to wait at least half hour for someone to serve us. Nevertheless, got what we wanted and had help from Bestie to retrieve my Apple ID and she was so patient, my wife and I are very pleased with her service. Excellent I would say :) 10 stars for her... This store is the BEST Apple Store I've ever visited!! The team here, especially Dan solved my problem (when everyone, including Apple Support call centre give up, and even gave me rude answers) with patience and creative way, and I was able to purchase AppleCare+. I was so thrilled, so I did survey but leaving review here too! I also changed my iPhone battery here - and the team was very patience, helped me in many different ways when I struggled with backup. (I was worried of losing my screen protector but they saved it!) I highly recommend this place, especially if you are frustrated with Apple Support call centre team.
