I just received my first haircut with Melissa and I'm blown away happy with it! Melissa took time to look at a few pictures I had and consult with me about what I was hoping for. I felt pampered and cared for with the scalp massage and relaxing wash. Melissa gave me great, practical styling tips and when I asked, guided me to the best styling products. I have fine hair and not a ton of it; I've never had a cut like this, full of movement, texture and detail. Looking forward to my next visit with Melissa and the always warm and welcoming Civello Granville team!

I was a client for years before moving to another province. Dealt with many stylists and never had a bad haircut. I recently returned to Vancouver for a short visit and took the opportunity to get an upgrade on a shapeless grow-out.Jack was able to accommodate me at short notice and did a fabulous cut.
