I used to buy my hair products at Zennkai when I lived in BC. After moving to Alberta a few years ago, I'm so happy to be able to order online and have my favourite products sent to me by express mail. (I live in a small town and the brand I use is not available anywhere close to me.) The ordering process is very clear and user friendly, prices are great, and the service is so fast. Any time I've communicated with customer service, the response has been friendly and helpful.

Got my hair done by the lovely Donald and it’s done so beautifully! The whole experience was wonderful he’s so lovely and chatty! He trimmed my dead ends while maintaining the length I wanted and gave me the exact colour I was looking for, it looks so natural!The reception/ Sales lady was absolutely lovely too! Very nice atmosphere here! Will most certainly be back :)Thank you again Donald!

This is the best place in Vancouver for getting personalized recommendations on hair products! Jessica seemingly knows everything, and actually understands the science behind hair. Will definitely be back!
