I have used this location as a dry cleaner and for postal drops offs (when they were doing this). The service was great, they were often busy, and the woman working there was always friendly helping each person in order. In reading some of the negative reviews I think those reviews say more about the people leaving the review than the service provided here.

I’ve consistently had poor experiences at this location. The staff member who works the counter is often unfriendly and the service is very slow. I dread when my packages are sent here because pickup is always a frustrating process.

Most recently, the depot refused Purolator deliveries without notice, causing my package to be returned to the seller right before Christmas and forcing me to spend hours on hold to resolve the issue. When I asked for clarification about when deliveries would resume, I was given no information.
