Terrible customer service and quality. They failed to have my item cleaned in time so I had to make two trips and also failed to remove a stain that they confidently said could be removed. I would not recommend this dry cleaners.

I went with this place because I'm cheap and I got what I paid for. It was $28 per pillow and, yes, the pillows are clean, but they're now 3 times the thickness and my neck hurts. I didn't launder them myself because I didn't want to wreck them but in hindsight I could've saved myself $60.

Although this place has a ton of negative reviews, I decided to go here anyways because they were from many years ago. I brought in an Aritzia wool slouch coat to be dry cleaned and it completely shrunk. The coat sleeve used to be as long as my sweater underneath and the body is super tight. The positive is that the service was surprisingly cheap at just $35 and the turnaround time was 5 hours.. but at the cost of my $400 coat. Avoid!
