I would highly recommend APM at Pacific Centre as their staff are very professional and friendly. DO NOT go to the Richmond centre one due to the lack of proper customer service. I am happy that my bracelet got polished and cleaned today with some informative caring instructions from a lady ( forgot to ask her name) and my friend also purchased a bracelet from Helen. Thank you guys for assisting us and addressing our needs today! We will definitely come back again!

I never know there is a APM in pacific centre! It’s a beautiful store and everyone was so nice. I was looking for a gift for my friend, not sure what to buy. The sales person was very patient and helpful— she showed me several designs ( by the way they have beautiful jewellery) and I finally got the perfect gift. Really appreciate their help and I will definitely coming back to get something for myself!

Eve and Helen were nothing short of angels they were so so sweet and so so helpful to wor me and my boyfriend to buy our gorgeous boyfriend rings. It was so nice doing business with them and I do recommend that to everybody who has tastes and appreciate beauty
