I had laser hair removal done, Ckyn was very informative and kind about what I needed to do for aftercare. I also had quite a few chemical peels, I had multiple little bumps all over my face and she helped me figure out what products would be good for me, was always forthcoming about what I could do at home to help, she was always happy and eager to help in anyway she could. My face has been clear for 6 months now and I feel great. I will still be using these services in the future and hopefully more. Thanks for the lead on getting my glasses fixed at Cook's Jewellers in PRINCE RUPERT and not Terrace! For anyone reading this who needs glasses fixed with a laser welder...Cook's Jewellers in PRINCE RUPERT can do it but not in Terrace! And according to the Cook's Jewellers staff member (Justin) who fixed mine in Prince Rupert, he said the machine/equipment for fixing glasses has always been at the Prince Rupert location and never at the Terrace one.

Third time's a charm! My 9 year old was treated horrible at the first place I tried to bring her to, we ended up leaving! The second place I brought her to ruined her hair. He cut straight across the back, not going back to clean up loose ends, it was a mess. Thank you for fixing the terrible haircut. It looks exactly the way she wanted.

The staff that I had contact with were kind and very competent. Melanie did an excellent job on my lash tint and was very pleasant and professional. When I mentioned that I needed a fringe trim, she got me set up with Shawn right then and there. Shawn did a great job and even gave me some really helpful tips on dealing with my hair, and then refused to charge me for the trim. This was my first visit here and I was quite happy to have found them.
