I loved the experience. I was offered a tea as soon as arrived from the lovely young girl (unfortunately I didn’t ask her name). Then Melanie on time for my appointment did a perfect cut and in no time. The ambiance was lovely. Felt like the team was interacting with kindness with each other and that was for sure helping to give a good vibe to the entire studio. Thank you to everyone
I just got my hair done by Sheena Natal today and I am obsessedddd!! She completely nailed the cut – it feels fresh, light, and exactly what I wanted (actually better than what I had in mind). Highly recommend her!!!!
The staff that I had contact with were kind and very competent. Melanie did an excellent job on my lash tint and was very pleasant and professional. When I mentioned that I needed a fringe trim, she got me set up with Shawn right then and there. Shawn did a great job and even gave me some really helpful tips on dealing with my hair, and then refused to charge me for the trim. This was my first visit here and I was quite happy to have found them.
