Heather was excellent! I have VERY challenging veins and Heather got me on her first poke. Very gentle and professional and socially engaging. Heather made it a great experience for me, as I have to get my INR done frequently. Thank you LifeLabs, thank you Heather!
Every time I've been here the staff are efficient and professional. I had my first EKG, which I had not been expecting, and the cardiac electrophysiologist made me feel very comfortable and kept me well relaxed despite my fairly extreme anxiety over the procedure. I was treated very kindly in regards to turning my face away when it came to taking blood samples and I appreciated the quickness with which I was in and out of my walk-in.
My husband and I both visited this location for blood work. The whole process was quick and efficient-total visit took less than 20 minutes and there was quite a few people in the waiting area. The front staff was very friendly in checking us in. Heather did our blood work and she was great! Will definitely use this location again in the future.
