What I like most about innovation is they send you a detailed report on what they did to your vehicle and the condition it is in. The report is easy to understand and they provide videos to help you understand more about gears and parts and how the vehicle operates with those things in place in the report. Very helpful and educational!

These guys made an exception to get me booked in for a prep purchase inspection on a truck I was looking to buy.
