Amazing service, right from the first phone call I made that was answered by a real human! A very helpful lady (I think her name was Lorna) walked me through the process of getting things started with my mold remediation project. They actually answer the phone and respond to emails in a very timely manner. I was able to schedule the work I needed done under a tight timeline as the work was a contingent part of a real estate sale closing. Graham - who happens to be the owner and is still very involved in day-to-to operations - went above and beyond to ensure that the job would be done on time.
