I would like to say that I posted a request and less than 2 minutes after I placed the request (on Good Friday), I got a call back. Mike was very, very helpful and pleasant to work with. He helped us resolve an incompatible video card issue, fixing our mouse issues as well as ensuring I can get my laptop to print to my computer all remotely. Very professionally well done and trustworthy too. No red flags. We are a family that does gaming and I am also a full-time university student so I cannot afford downtime or lots of precious time trying to get my computer issues fixed when they occur (which also seem to occur right around exam times too).
