My experience with TechRx was great. I went to a computer shop before and they charged me $100 and told me my issues were fixed a few hours after. It was not fixed, i turned on my computer as soon as i got it back and it instantly froze again. So I brought my computer to TechRx and gave them a long email describing my issue. They were really understanding and told me it would only be there overnight. Unfortunately the issue was hard to recreate so they had to keep my computer for longer which was understandable. After a week they found the issue and I ordered the part that was needed. They installed it quickly and my computer is back to running normal with no freezing....read full review
