Mujeeb who is still on his first week working at bestbuy spent an hour helping my grandfather try to decide on a laptop to buy today. He painstakingly described the specs on nearly every laptop on display including warranty info from brand to brand in addition to best buy warranty. He was polite, respectful, helpful, friendly and really went over and above to help us. I would recommend this location and him specifically to anyone needing a new laptop.
Was very disappointed with the service. I stood there for 10 mins waiting for someone to help me. Found someone to ask for help. They called someone to help me. Waited another 10 mins and walked out the store. They had only 1 employee on the floor helping customers. Not impressed.
